Warranty Policy

This 12-Month Limited Warranty applies to Yuleao-branded products purchased from yuleao.com. It is provided by Yuleao LLC and is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Warranty period

Coverage lasts for 12 months from the original delivery date. A replacement or repaired product remains covered for the rest of the original warranty period; the warranty period does not restart.

What is covered

We cover defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal personal use and prevent the product from functioning substantially as described.

  • Camera and smart glasses: covered components include the frame electronics, camera, controls, audio components and charging functions when a verified manufacturing defect is present.
  • Air-care products: covered components include motors, fans, control boards, switches and supplied power components when a verified manufacturing defect is present.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Liquid, heat, impact or electrical damage outside the product specifications.
  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration or normal battery-capacity reduction.
  • Consumables and replaceable media, including filters, carbon media, aroma pads and similar items.
  • Products without proof of purchase from yuleao.com, or a problem caused by use with incompatible third-party accessories.

These exclusions do not limit rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or any other non-waivable consumer rights.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us at yuleao@outlook.com or use the Contact form.
  2. Provide the order number, product model, description of the issue and troubleshooting already attempted.
  3. If requested, provide clear photos or a short video showing the product and the issue.
  4. Wait for written authorization before returning any product. Do not send warranty items to the business address unless support instructs you in writing.

We aim to acknowledge complete warranty requests within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, Pacific Time.

Remedies and shipping

After verification, Yuleao may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or refund the original product purchase price. Where applicable law gives you a specific choice of remedy, that law controls.

For an approved warranty claim, Yuleao will provide or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping when a return is required and will cover standard outbound shipping for a replacement. Expedited shipping, unauthorized returns and costs unrelated to a covered defect are not included unless required by law.
